my story
Like many Gen-X kids, I was allowed to wander freely through the neighborhood and around town until supper time.
Like many healers, I spent a lot of time alone as a child. I perceived things that I didn’t understand but never questioned.
By early adulthood I’d turned to the practical matter of paying my dues and going about career and life. Decades flew by.
Like many of you in their 50’s and 60’s, suddenly I find myself passing through a strange, dark jungle of change.
My perceptions of time, self, and purpose are transforming. I am preparing to become a Worthy Elder.
My reawakening story begins in a similar way as with other skeptical westerners. In 2009 I traveled to the Peruvian Amazon where I visited an indigenous healer. He performed a simple ceremony, no psychedelics involved, and I experienced a relevatory moment. A few months later, I attended my first weekend meditation workshop, based on buddhist practices as translated for contemporary westerners. From that time, I maintained a meditation practice over the course of ten years. Little by little I learned different techniques, and allowed myself to be playful and experiment.
My experience with meditation proved healing and empowering. It helped me awaken my own inner Healer. I came to understand that am a Highly Sensitive Person and an empath. I am clairsentient, divine gender-queer, and, importantly, wolf-spirited. My healing journey has been exceedingly beautiful, carrying me through the study and practice of yoga, mindfulness, visualization, reiki, shamanism, animism, the tarot, astrology, the akashic records, and poetry. All of this combines to create my unique approach that I call the MoonHeart Cycle.

Self-studied the tarot for long years and practice daily with Radiant Wise Spirit™ and Quantum Tarot 2.0™.

Self-studied astrology and apply to daily meditations, cultivating special affinity for Moon and Uranus energies.

Adapted concepts of the medicine wheel taught by Sun Bear to create a modern tool to guide spirit journeys.
